JOB ADVERT: B2B Manager (Cameroon)

YooMee Cameroon, a leading broadband wireless operator, is currently seeking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong corporate B2B sales record as well as Sales Management experience, to lead a team of motivated account executives selling products with added valueoffered by our Company.  The candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director in Douala, Cameroon.

Main tasks

 

  • Support sales growth and manage a large group of account managers who's role is to ensure the growth of major accounts and customer satisfaction by a quality service and efficient operations.
  • Drive performance improvements through outstanding leadership. Attract and maintain a high performance staff through effective recruitment, motivation, and training.
  • Cultivate a targeted list of companies to implement workforce management solutions.
  • Execute a top-down sales approach to convert prospects into clients.
  • Capable to close  the deal.
  • Develop relationships with C-Level Executives.
  • Manage staff by communicating goal expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising results; coaching, and counseling.
  • Establish goals by gathering the business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
  • Must be able to creatively find solutions with small budgets and multi-tasks.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong B2B sales experience, excellent knowledge of marketing principles
  • Team player with strong communication and people skills.
  • Can identify sales prospects, conduct sales presentations and accurately price products and promotions.
  • Capable to work goal oriented, strongly self-organized and self-dependent in a very dynamic environment.
  • Capable to recruit, train, supervise and retain a dedicated and motivated sales team.
  • Strong motivation, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Consistency in reporting.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office).
  • Drivers license.

 

Experience and education

 

  • High school or university degree.
  • Minimum 10 years job experience in management B2B segment including  big accounts in Cameroon or neighboring countries.
  • Minimum 5 years management experience with personnel responsibilities.
  • Job experience in telecom, mobile operator or ISP will be an additional benefit.
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
