• Be responsible for GSM/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA radio network design and initial tuning service delivery
• Be responsible for radio network performance improvement service delivery
• Be responsible for technical marketing and sales support of network and technology consulting services.
• Continually seek for new service business opportunity and customized solution development.
• Be responsible for service related technical activities for the assigned responsible area.
• Be responsible for tools improvement and innovation

Job Requirement

• An university degree in electronic / telecommunications engineering, radio, computer science or above.
• Working on telecom industry for 2 years at least.
• Competence and deep understanding the infrastructure of 2G and 3G mobile network.
• Knowledge of RF systems, optimization processes & tools of different vendors
• Knowledge of Ericsson Radio network features & optimal parameter related to these features.
• Good communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English.
• Good Communication skills and ability to work in teams.
• Self-motivated, flexible and fluent in English both oral and written.
