Job Title: IP and Datacom Engineer

Job Position

1. Performance Parameters Monitoring (Proactive Monitoring): Monitor the performance parameters on daily basis to identify performance related problems. This will ensure problems detected and fixed before interrupting the service.
2. Trouble shooting: Responsible for handling complex network problems which can’t be handled by the Tier 1 monitoring team.
3. Preventive Maintenance: Analyze the network status and quality, and then prepare the technical requirements on preventive maintenance to FO team. 
4. Technical Interface with other depts.Interaction with other parties on trouble shooting, configuration and routine operation.
5. Traffic analysis: Analyze the traffic and find out the potential problems.
6. Trouble Escalation: Escalate troubles to tier 3, once tier 2 can’t solve the trouble in the required time.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years pertinent experience in telecommnucations IP&Datacom system technical support;  It is better to have the experience of Juniper routers.
3. Jobs related to Datacom products technology in services such as network roll-out, customer support, managed service, network technology service, network integration, learning service, product introduction, and lifecycle management
4. Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with internal and external 
5. All the Requirment is perferred for Cisco and Juniper Products work  Experience.
