JOB VACANCY: Workshop Supervisor

Weatherford Services & Rentals Ltd, a leading service provider in the Oil & Gas Industry, requires the services of the a Workshop Supervisor, based in Douala

Key Responsibilites

• A positive and proactive professional with a highly successfull background in workshop supervisory role within the Oil Industry
• Experience in managing people and processes
• A minimum of 10 years in the oil or related industry

Key requirements

• A tertiary qualification in any related field
• Experience in managing people and processes in a workshop environment
• A minimum of 5 years in the oil or related industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Safery awareness

General key requirements for all positions:

• Fluent in English and proficient in French
• Computer proficient in Microsoft packages, Excel and Powerpoint

Additional competency would be advantageous: Relevant product line experience in the oil service industry
