JOB VACANCY: Field Operations Manager

Weatherford Services & Rentals Ltd, a leading service provider in the Oil & Gas Industry, requires the services of the a Field Operations Manager, based in Douala

Key Responsibilites

• Day to day management of the team through Product line Managers and Supervisors
• Providing advice & guidance to the business on technical matters
• Ensure health & safety compliance for all product lines and implements improvements
• improvements to the efficiency of the Field Service Team by automation and process requirements

Key requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field
• A minimum of 5 years previous Field Operations Management experience at a similar level
• Experience of managing field based teams of at least 50 people
• Work effectively within a multi-discipline team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Safery awareness

General key requirements for all positions:

• Fluent in English and proficient in French
• Computer proficient in Microsoft packages, Excel and Powerpoint

Additional competency would be advantageous: Relevant product line experience in the oil service industry
